Sold Works and Refund Policy

1. Originality & Ownership Each artwork sold by Roseart.au is an original creation by Rosy Chapman. Prints are limited and editioned so you still have a quality, special item that is not mass-produced.  Once sold, ownership of the physical item transfers to the buyer. 

2. Reproduction Rights Roseart.au retains the right to reproduce images of sold artworks for other purposes. Buyers may not reproduce the artwork without permission. Copyright always belongs to the creator.

3. Sales Are Final Due to the nature of original art, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once payment has been processed. 

4. Shipping & Handling We take great care in packaging and shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos for assessment. Replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the carrier. 

5. International Shipping International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their country. Please enquire prior to purchase to confirm costs and logistics.
