1. General. Roseart.au is a sole trader business owned by RJChapman, ABN 80215326502. Not registered for GST.
2. Purchases. All purchases and workshop bookings must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Payments are securely handled via Stripe.
3. Shipping within Australia is tracked via Australia Post and requires a valid street address to be confirmed before dispatch. International shipping is available on request and will cost extra. Shipping timeframes vary depending on location.
4. Workshops For insurance and compliance purposes, we do not offer classes or workshops to Under 18 year olds unless via a 3rd party (eg Neighbourhood centre).
5. Cancellations and Refunds.
· Original and Printed sales are final (see Sold Works Policy below)
· Workshop cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event may be eligible for a credit or reschedule
· No refunds for non-attendance without prior notice
6. Intellectual Property. All content on this site, including artwork images, is the intellectual property of Rosy Chapman and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
7. Liability. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of all information but are not liable for any errors, delays, or damages resulting from use of our site or services.
